Dear Friends of Sealegs,
Looking back at 2021, we at Sealegs can’t help but feel lucky. Lucky none of our staff were struck with Covid, lucky our customers were understanding of production delays due to lockdown and supply chain issues and lucky that whilst we braced for a downturn in business the exact opposite happened. Today we are enjoying record sales and growth despite the difficulties the world is facing during a global pandemic.
As Sealegs continues to ride the wave of unprecedented demand, our teams are focused on maintaining our upward trend by constantly developing and investing in our world class amphibious team.
Whilst Sealegs was lucky to not be unduly impacted by the pandemic, it did effect our parent company Future Mobility Solutions. The lockdowns in Europe, USA and NZ made managing the international marine group difficult and the FMS board was forced to divest their investments in Sillinger, Willard and Sealegs. This created the opportunity for management to acquire the controlling stake in Sealegs and vest staff in the mission we love – delivering the joy of Sealegs.
It’s a privilege to be part of the team at Sealegs and to do what we love. Despite the difficulties of a global pandemic a new refreshed Sealegs will go into 2022 determined to innovate, be the world's best and deliver our customers the world's first and most successful amphibious boat.

The amphibious Sealegs Electric with AmpTracs™ is the fastest, quietest and most powerful amphibious craft in its class. It combines the latest advances in lithium battery and brushless electric hub motor technology, along with 20 years of Sealegs proprietary amphibious system knowledge, marinisation techniques and experience. Powerful, high-torque hub-mounted brushless electric motors effortlessly drive the Sealegs Electric craft out of the water, up beaches and through difficult terrain, at up to 10kph. It is the evolution of the Sealegs amphibious revolution, reaching new bounds with a number of electronic features including:

Sealegs 12RC - The Largest Recreational Amphibious Craft!
The first Sealegs 12RC is currently being painted, and the team here at Sealegs are very much looking forward to completing fit out and sea-trials. We have been inundated with enquiries for our largest production Sealegs currently available, and would urge you to get in touch with our sales team today if you haven't already done so, to discuss viewing this craft prior to completion/delivery.

2021 Sealegs - Dealer of the Year
Congratulations to Russell and the team at Saltern's Brokerage, UK. Salterns have been our Sealegs dealer in the UK for close to 10 years, and this year have been awarded with the prestigious Sealegs Dealer of the Year. This award demonstrates Salterns' knowledge, dedication and enthusiasm towards the Sealegs brand.
Due to our largest orderbook in Sealegs history, we have had to expand our factory premises and acquire a larger tube fit out space for our tube team. The tube team will be moving into the new space in the New Year, and should assist with shortening our lead time for our inflatable range. Keep an eye out in our next update for the new location.
The auction closed after only having been online for less than a week, and selling just below its listed 'Buy-Now' price. The unique craft sold to a returning Sealegs customer who now owns 5 Sealegs! For any interested parties who are interested in a System 100 Sealegs, there will be an opportunity to request a viewing of the new 12m Amphibious Cabin craft which is currently in build.
