Prices are subject to Sealegs T&C's and are subject to change without notice.

Please note that prices do not include freight. Pricing and specification are provided as a guide, final specification may vary from that advertised.

Holding deposit of $1,000 is due at time of sale, which can be paid by bank transfer or eftpos sale.

Balance of final payment to be made via Bank Transfer within 5 working days (unless arranged by prior agreement).

Delivery/Collection:

Successful purchases will be required to be collected from our Albany factory within 5 working days, unless otherwise agreed ahead of time. Should you require delivery, please discuss with our team for confirmed costs. This will be due ahead of delivery, along with full payment for the Sealegs.

Buyers Responsibility

All Sealegs are sold “as is” without representation of any kind by Sealegs or the Seller. Buyers are responsible for satisfying themselves concerning the condition of the boat. Warranty plans are available, please talk to our team or check out the 'warranty' section above for more detail.

Changing the agreement or adding sale conditions

If you want to amend anything in the agreement or put any conditions on the sale, this needs to be arranged and agreed with Sealegs prior to bidding or offering a pre-auction offer. Talk to our team about your requirements and we will be more than happy to work with you to accommodate.

Understanding the pre-auction offer process.

A pre-auction offer is an offer that is made before the auction date. The auction may be cancelled/withdrawn if the craft is sold prior to auction.

For those overseas or unavailable to make it to our showcase event we are offering a personalised online viewing service. 

This is where one of a sales representatives can “Zoom” you around the craft you have interest in and answer specific questions as they go at a time that suits you.
